There are two simple ways to search for another user in Whiteboard the first is using the messaging feature. Simply click the search icon in the messaging sidebar. Typing a healthcare provider's name in will quickly find them.

We can also search for other users from the search screen.

1. To search for another Whiteboard user open the menu bar.

In the menu that opens click Search

2. The search screen has several search buttons as shown below. Enter the patients first or last name in the text box on the left. 

a. "Search Your Patients", "Search Shared Patients" and "Search All Patients" all search for Patients (See How to Search for a Patient)

b. "Search Whiteboard Address Book" searches for Whiteboard Users.
