Whiteboard
understands the importance of having the appropriate medical information on
hand when required.
As such we do everything we can to avoid downtime to our services. When
scheduled downtime is required Whiteboard will inform users in advance of the
outage (at least 1 day) and Whiteboard will perform scheduled downtime out of
business hours. Where Whiteboard is informed of potential timing conflicts of
scheduled downtime by customers we will attempt to schedule downtime for when
it will have the least affect.
