If it's your first time opening Whiteboard or you need a little refresher on how to access certain functions this article is designed to give you an overview of the Whiteboard Interface.


Whiteboard Main Menu

Navigating around Whiteboard is done using left menu bar, this can be opened using the menu icon in the top left of the window.



This will open the left bar.






Dashboard

Dashboard is the Home Screen of Whiteboard. It is where your session will start each time.

It presents any new notifications or outstanding requests and allows you to see the patients you've had open recently.


Search

Search allows user to search for patients and other Whiteboard users.


Shared Patients

Shared patients shows all of your shared patients. This list doesn't include any patients you haven't shared.

The add patient button allows

Patient

To get to the patient view open or create a new patient.

Patient Information

The patient info tile lets you know which Patient is open and their basic information.

To make changes to the patient information simply click on the "Edit" or "See More"


Shares

This summary window gives a basic summary of your shares and clinical items.

The Mute Notifications button allows you to turn off all alerts for this patient.


Recent Activity

The recent activity tile shows users who has recently entered data against the patient and when that occurred


Clinical Data Table

The clinical data table allows you to view all the clinical items for this patient.

Share

To share a patient check out "How to Share a Patient"


Search

You can search within the clinical data table by clicking on the search icon.


Filters

The clinical data items can be filtered in a number of ways. Click on the drop down arrow next to "All" to select a filter.


Patient Alerts

    Drugs of Concern - highlights any drugs of dependance.

    Allergies - highlights any allergies the patient may have.
