This Guide assumes that you have an HPI-I and an HPI-O, that the two have been linked and that you have registered Whiteboard as your CSP.

The first step is to create a patient record.
1. To do this follow the guide in Add a Patient
During the add patient process you will need to search for and verify the patients IHI. This can be done using the patients:
- Current Street Address
- Medicare Number
- Medicare Number and IRN
- DVA Number
Once this information is entered you will be able to select the appropriate IHI verification option and click verify.
3. In the open patient select the My Health Record tab on the right hand side.
That's it, you've accessed the patient's My Health Record and are looking at the Health Record Overview.
